What is Hatha Yoga?

 
The balance of masculine aspects—active, hot, sun—and feminine aspects—receptive, cool, moon—within all of us. ("Ha" means moon and "tha" means sun) yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. Click the video below for a better understanding.“Hatha Yoga” restores balance between the mind and intellect. Harmony of the mind and intellect, begins to awaken one’s consciousness. This will not fix your problems, or heal you. You will simply find inner peace, inner contentment and mental clarity. This will essentially help you find what may be causing your problems.
